Ivailo Arsov is the Policy Director, Data & Industry Research at the Financial Services Council (FSC).
Ivailo leads the FSC’s data-driven policy development, specialising in delivering high-quality, insightful, data analysis across a wide range of topics.
Prior to joining the FSC, Ivalio worked as a macroeconomist and financial markets expert at the Reserve Bank of Australia where he held a number of positions, including most recently as section head leading work on global macroeconomics, macroeconomic modelling and Australian financial markets.
Ivailo also spent time at the International Monetary Fund, where he worked primarily on the analysis of economic and financial markets tail risks and developing quantitative financial market models.
Ivailo holds a Masters in Finance from Princeton and undergraduate degrees with honours in Finance and Mathematics.
