Harry is the lead partner of the firm's Financial Services practice and his practice
focuses extensively on financial services, corporate advisory and general corporate
and commercial work.
Over almost 20 years’ of practice, Harry has represented local and international listed
public companies and investment funds, large private companies and investment
funds and government organisations. Clients include all types of financial services
businesses, including responsible entities, professional trustees, investment
managers, financial advisers investment advisers, insurance brokers, corporate
advisers and accountants.
Areas of expertise on which Harry provides advice include licensing and regulation,
fund structuring and establishment, structured products, and product disclosure.
Harry’s practice also includes advising on the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules,
mergers, acquisitions and divestments, commercial transactions, and AML/CTF
Harry is a Fellow of Finsia, a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and is on the
Executive Committee and Chairs the Issues and Regulatory Committee for Property
Funds Australia. He is also a former member of the executive of the Financial Planning
Association of Australia Melbourne Chapter.
Harry has been recognised in The Best Lawyers in Australia in corporate/governance
every year since 2014 and was a finalist for the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year
for the last two years.
