The consultation on the Consultation Draft was extended to 31 January. The FSC is pleased to report that we have now received 25 submissions and have been promised 3 more.
We will continue to review the consultation submissions with members to decide which suggestions should be incorporated in the Code and, if so, how. Work on this is ongoing.
The implementation date is currently planned for 1 July but this may need to be reviewed in the light of the time it could take to finalise the Code and implement the changes.
