Given Australia now has a bi-partisan commitment to a net zero target by 2050, assessing and reporting the risks of climate change to businesses, and reaching net zero emissions have become key focuses for many industries.

Join the FSC for an in-person launch of the Climate Risk Guidance Note for investment managers where an expert panel will explore how investment funds are thinking through the big issues followed by drinks and networking.

  • How do investment funds report and assess climate risk?
  • How do they achieve net zero?
  • What do they need to demonstrate to claim their investment portfolio is net zero without greenwashing?
  • What role does stewardship play in achieving a lower emissions economy?
The FSC guidance note Climate Risk Disclosure in Investment Management will help provide baseline expectations for the industry in setting and assessing net zero targets, reporting climate risk and avoiding greenwashing when labelling products that claim to address climate risk.
