With recognition that women continue to be underrepresented in asset management roles, there is a continued focus by the fund management industry and dedicated initiatives such as Future IM/Pact and F3 – Future Females in Finance to increase awareness of and promote funds management, as well as financial services, as a career path.
So what are the changes or areas of focus that fund management businesses can implement to shift the dial and support greater gender balance in asset management?
And what helps females on their path to, or within their funds management career, from an employee perspective?
These are some of the themes that will be explored in our webinar session on Accelerating the Growth of Women in Investment Management which will be lead and moderated by Sam Hallinan, CEO Australia, Schroders.
Sam will be joined by Camilla Love, F3 - Future Females in Finance and Yolanda Beattie founder of Future IM/Pact who will share the insights they have gained on what will help drive change to support future females in the industry.
We are also pleased to have Jaya Ong, Investment Analyst from Cambooya on the panel who will share her experience of participating in the F3 program and insights of her career in funds management.
The webinar is open to members and non-members and will be of interest to those interested in increasing gender diversity in their organisation, as well as for females interested in a future funds management career.
