Founder and CEO, WT Financial Group Limited

Keith Cullen is the founder and Managing Director of WT Financial Group Limited Keith has more than 35yrs experience as a corporate executive and entrepreneur across the financial services, broadcast media, and technology sectors. He is the founder and CEO, and largest (non-institutional) shareholder, of ASX-listed WT Financial Group Limited (ASX: WTL).  Established in 2010, WT Financial Group is one of largest financial adviser networks in Australia. Its wealth management, retirement planning, and personal risk insurance advice services are delivered primarily through a group of more than 400 privately-owned advice practices whose advisers operate as authorised representatives under the group’s Wealth Today, Sentry Advice, Synchron Advice, and Millennium3 subsidiaries. WT Financial Group’s network of advice practices collectively deals with more than 100,000 clients – and have more than $23Bn of assets under advice; annual in-force personal insurance premiums of more than $400M; and new insurance premium sales for circa $25M annually. Keith is a strong advocate for the advice profession, and for consumer-eccentric regulatory reform to improve access to financial advice for more Australians. He is also a member of the FSC Advice Board Committee.

Managing Director, CEO of Australia & New Zealand, JP Morgan Asset Management

Andrew Creber is Managing Director and CEO for the Asset Management business for Australia and New Zealand.  Andrew joined the firm in London in 1998, holding various roles before relocating to Hong Kong in March 2006 to become head of the Asia Strategy and Planning team. In March 2010 he moved to Singapore to take up the role of Country Head and subsequently moved to Australia in March 2014 to become Chief Operating Officer for Australia. He expanded his responsibilities in May 2017 to be the Chief Administrative Officer for the Asset Management business for South Asia Pacific and South Korea, and took on the role of Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for APAC in 2019 before moving to his current role in 2022. Andrew was admitted into the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in September 2006.  

Chief Executive Officer, AMP Limited

Alexis is Deputy Chairman of the Financial Services Council Alexis George was appointed CEO of AMP Limited in August 2021. She is responsible for leading the AMP business. In addition, Alexis was appointed to the AMP Limited Board and AMP Bank Limited Board in August 2021.  Alexis has more than 25 years' experience in the financial services industry in Australia and overseas.  She spent seven years at ANZ, including most recently as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, working with the CEO to drive group-wide strategic initiatives in addition to having responsibility for its shared service centres and banking services.  As the Group Executive Wealth Australia, Alexis led ANZ's ~$4 billion wealth divestment program, including the separation and sale of its life insurance and superannuation businesses to Zurich and IOOF. She has continued to oversee the complex process of separating and migrating systems and data that support these businesses so they operate independently of ANZ.  Prior to ANZ, Alexis spent ten years with ING Group in a number of senior roles including CEO Czech Republic and Slovakia, responsible for banking, insurance and funds management, and regional COO Asia, responsible for product, marketing, technology and operations.  Alexis is a Co-Chair of the Superannuation Board Committee, a member of the FSC Administration & Risk Board Committee and Nominations Board Committee. She is also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an active member of Chief Executive Women, where she advocates for women in leadership roles.

Managing Director & CEO, Challenger Limited

Nick was appointed to the FSC Board in February 2022.  Nick is the Managing Director and CEO of Challenger Limited. He held a number of other senior executive roles at Challenger, since commencing in 2015, including Chief Executive, Funds Management.   Nick has also held senior leadership roles at Colonial First State and Invesco.   Nick has more than 20 years industry experience gained across Australian and international markets and has successfully led top tier global equity and multi-asset businesses both in Australia and the UK.  Nick is a Co-Chair of the Life Board Committee.      

Chief Executive Officer, Wealth & Capital Markets, Australian Unity Limited

Esther Kerr is Chief Executive Officer for Wealth & Capital Markets for the Australian Unity Group.  Esther Kerr is Chief Executive Officer, Wealth & Capital Markets for the Australian Unity Group. Esther is responsible for Australian Unity’s social infrastructure, financial services and funds management, spanning investment management, trustee services, life investment bonds, as well as the Group’s property development and capital market activities. Esther is a board member of the Group’s regulated Friendly Societies and several of the operating entities. Esther is a member of the FSC Standards Oversight & Disciplinary Board Committee.

Chief Executive Officer, Colonial First State Superannuation

Kelly Power was appointed CEO Colonial First State Superannuation in July 2021 and is also an Executive Director of the Trustee Board.  Kelly oversees the superannuation business including investments and product. She is also a Director of the CFS Superannuation Trustee board.  Previous roles in CFS include General Manager Product in 2018, with responsibility for marketing, strategy and for the Wrap business in October 2020.   Prior to Colonial First State, Kelly was Head of Platforms at BT Financial Group and also held several other executive management roles at BT and Asgard.  Kelly holds a Bachelor in Communications from UTS, a Diploma of Management from the Australian Institute of Management, a Diploma of Financial Services from Integratec and has also completed the Company Directors course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Kelly is a Co-Chair of the FSC Superannuation Board Committee. She is a former Director of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA). 

Chief Executive Officer, BT Financial Group

Matthew Rady was appointed to the FSC Board in September 2023.  Matthew Rady was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of BT Financial Group in October 2021.  He is responsible for BT's Superannuation and IDPS Platforms and investment Products business.  Previous roles include CEO at Allianz Retire+ and other executive roles in companies including Macquarie Group and global financial technology company, IRESS.  He has more than 30 years' experience in the financial services and wealth industries.  Matt is also a Non-Executive Director at JDRF, a global not-for-profit supporting type 1 diabetes research.   He has a Bachelor of Economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Country Head Australasia, UBS Asset Management (Australia) Ltd

Alison was appointed Country Head Australasia for UBS Asset Management (Australia) Ltd in January 2022. Alison has over 20 years of experience working in Australian and global asset management with roles spanning product development, strategy, client distribution, legal, compliance, regulatory and government affairs as well as the COO function. Alison brings these skills to her leadership of UBS Asset Management and its goal of partnering with clients and industry to reimagine the power of investing and connect people for a better world. Prior to joining UBS Alison was General Counsel and Head of Compliance at BlackRock before being appointed Head of Public Policy in 2016, Chair of the Australian Board in 2019 and COO Australasia in 2020.  She was also the Executive Sponsor for BlackRock Women’s Initiative Australasia and for the firm’s Philanthropic Committee and held seats on BlackRock’s Asia Pacific Stewardship Committee. Alison has also worked at Challenger as Director of Specialised Product Development and Institutional Co-investments and at law firms King Wood Mallesons and Ashurst. Alison is a Co-Chair of the FSC Fund Management Board Committee and is a member of the Standards Oversight & Disciplinary Board Committee. Alison holds a BA (communications)/LLB. //

Executive Director, Head of Wealth Management, Macquarie Group Ltd

Sean is Deputy Chairman of the Financial Services Council   Sean has over 20 years’ experience across financial advice, investment management, life insurance, superannuation and wealth platforms. Sean leads Macquarie’s wealth management division. Prior to Macquarie, Sean held a range of senior executive roles in financial services across Australia and Asia. He is also a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of the Black Dog Institute, a translational research institute that aims to reduce the incidence of mental illness and the stigma around it, to actively reduce suicide rates and empower everyone to live the most mentally healthy life possible.  Sean is a member of the FSC Administration & Risk Board Committee and the Nomination Board Committee and is also a Co-Chair of the FSC Advice Board Committee.  

Managing Director, Entireti Ltd

Neil Younger is CEO & Managing Director of the Entireti Ltd  Neil is the CEO and Managing Director of Entireti, a company founded in 2024 with a vision to transform the future of financial advice services - with a focus on making financial advice more accessible to Australians while ensuring business profitability. Neil leads the parent company of both the Fortnum Group and Personal Financial Services. He is an established industry leader and experienced Senior Financial Services Executive, specialising in wealth management, licensee management, advice and distribution, with a profound understanding of financial services regulatory reform. Prior to joining the Entireti Group (formerly Fortnum Financial) in 2017, Neil served as Managing Director of Advice and Distribution at ANZ Wealth, where he oversaw ANZ’s financial advice and risk businesses, encompassing ANZ Financial Planning and licensees (Millennium3, RetireInvest, FSP, and Elders Financial Planning). Together these entities comprised a network of more than over 1,500 financial planners.  He was also a General Manager at Commonwealth Bank Financial Planning, Head of Licensee Services at BT Financial Group and CEO of Securitor. Neil is a Co-Chair of the FSC Advice Board Committee. Neil holds a commerce degree in Economics, a diploma in Financial Planning and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a member of the Licensee Leadership Forum and is a member of the Joint Advice Working Group (JAWG). //
