Justine Earl-Smith is the Executive Director of Commercial Partnership and Growth at the Financial Services Council.
Justine Earl-Smith joined the Financial Services Council in 2025 as the Executive Director of Commercial Partnerships and Growth.
Justine is responsible for the development and implementation of the FSC’s event and member engagement strategy to enable greater connections and enhance mutual learning opportunities. In addition, Justine is responsible for the creation and management of commercial partnerships that will enhance the member engagement strategy.
Justine brings a wealth of experience to the role, having served as the Commercial Director at ASFA, where she managed an extensive portfolio of events, conferences, and partnerships. Her career spans leadership roles in major event management, commercial partnerships, and precinct operations, including overseeing teams at The Rocks and Darling Harbour. Notably, she contributed to high-profile international events such as the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, the 2003 Rugby World Cup, and the 2009 Rugby League World Cup, where she played a key role in delivering impactful partnership and hospitality programs.
A graduate of the Queensland University of Technology, Justine holds a Bachelor of Business and is recognised for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for stakeholders.
