Sharon is the Executive Director of Member Services and joined the FSC in September 2010 in a different role.
Sharon is responsible for (amongst other things):
- Member acquisition, retention and relationship management;
- The FSC website and database;
- FSC-led training services administration;
- Management of member projects; and
- Sponsor management.
Before the FSC, Sharon worked in several businesses, including AMP and NRMA Motoring & Services.
