Mike Thomas

Director - Deloitte Access Economics

Mike is lead director for Deloitte Access Economics’ financial services team, providing robust economic analysis and policy and strategy advice to the Australian banking, insurance and superannuation sectors and public sector clients. 

A senior economic advisor, with broad-based expertise, Mike joined Access Economics (now Deloitte Access Economics) in 2007, after 15 years working as an economist in financial markets and wealth management with Credit Suisse First Boston, NM Rothschild Australia and ICAP.

 

Su-Lin Ong

Managing Director, Chief Economist & Head of Australian Research - RBC Capital Markets

Su-Lin has led the Economics & Fixed Income Strategy team for Australia and New Zealand since 2010 and her responsibilities expanded in 2015 to also include oversight and supervision of Australian equity research. 

Su-Lin is part of the global strategy team with primary responsibility for formulating and presenting RBC’s AU/NZ macroeconomic outlook, cash rate view and bond yield forecasts. Based in RBC’s Sydney office, she works closely with sales and trading across fixed income, currencies, and equities in Australia as well as key hubs in Toronto, NY, London, Tokyo, and HK.
