With the recent release of the FSC's Target Market Determination (TMD) Template (Version 2), we invite you to join us for a free in-person workshop open exclusively to members and licensees.

This workshop will go through the FSC’s template TMD in detail and discuss how some FSC members approach completing TMDs based on the template, the suggested approach for various products, ASIC’s particular expectations for TMDs and how and why the template has changed since the previous version.

Throughout this session industry leaders will look to answer the following questions:

  • What are the key issues product issuers should look at when they develop and use a Target Market Determination (TMD)?
  • How should product issuers use the FSC’s template TMD for funds management and other investment products?
  • What are the insights from the interactions the FSC has with ASIC about DDO?

Register now to secure your spot!

Note: This workshop is not providing legal advice on the DDO regime, product issuers need to obtain their own legal advice on how to comply with the DDO.
