James Young is a Policy Manager for Funds Management and Tax.
James has extensive experience in challenging areas of policy development and implementation, gained through work as an adviser in Federal Parliament and a consultant in strategic communications.
Having worked from the perspective of both proponent and regulator on the approval and implementation of contentious projects such as major infrastructure developments, James has engaged with Government, community and industry stakeholders to achieve common goals while meeting organisational objectives.
James studied economics as an undergraduate and holds two Master’s qualifications, specialising in public policy and sustainability.
